In this presentations training, you will deliver 7 presentations, where we work on both the presentation delivery style and structure of the message. For each presentation, you receive a presentation structure which you will fill in with your own business content. Then you present in front of the group, while being filmed and coached on your body language, voice and communication style. The trainer builds on strengths, stretches everyone out of the comfort zone, in order for you to become a confident and impactful speaker.
This training will help your employees and managers communicate effectively, leading to more clarity, less time waste, and more engagement. Considering the average manager spends between 35% to 50% of their time in meetings, it seems a minimum to give both team members and managers a formal training on how to communicate their message with relevancy and impact. Participants learn how to adapt their message to the audience, so it’s relevant for every target group, and become confident in their presentation delivery style.

Dale Carnegie trainings are highly interactive and practical. You will present 7 times while being filmed and coached, meaning you will be up on your feet the entire time.
For online presentation skills, there is a specific 3-hour workshop “How to Present & Engage Online” that focuses on online presentation skills. Our recommendation is to first do the 2-day training, followed by the online workshop.
For teams who work partially or entirely remote, we can also deliver the 2-day program in a fully online version (4 online sessions instead of 2 days face-to-face). We have worked with multiple groups who preferred to do this training online due to the digital nature of their jobs and teams.
Yes, we can customize this training depending on your timeframe and objectives. We always recommend the 2-day format because it leads to the most significant transformation, for which the 2nd day is really needed. That being said, if you are looking to train a specific group on how to bring a message in a different way, we can deliver separate modules of the program.
